Sheriff Paul Monroe has dedicated his career to serving his community with integrity and commitment. With over 37 years of law enforcement experience, he understands the complexities of law enforcement; he is someone who knows the community, the residents, and the issues they face. 

Over the past eight years, he has focused on ensuring the safety and security of the residents of Trumbull County. His experience both in the field and in leadership set him apart, as his deeper understanding of commitment acts as a culture of trust between law enforcement and the citizens he serves.
